Registration Information

How to Register:

Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after the 1st of September 2015. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.

Payment:

Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form. When processing your payment by bank draft please allow additional funds to cover bank charges. If short payments are received, they will be for your account.

* SAAFoST member: A SAAFoST Member is one in good standing, who has paid all due membership fees by 31 March 2015.
** Students: To qualify for the Student rate, you must send documentary proof that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution (a valid Student Card or letter from your HOD) and this must accompany your registration form, you must also be a SAAFoST Student Member. If you are employed you do not qualify for a student rate.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?

Participants:
Admission to the Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Congress Bag, Final Programme, Certificate of Attendance (where required), Light Lunches, Tea/Coffee Breaks, Welcome Cocktail Party and Farewell. *Please note that your attendance to the Welcome and Farewell functions must be indicated when registering.

ILSI SA Post Congress Workshop, 10 September 2015: Name tag, bag with abstracts, refreshments and lunch.

Accompanying Persons:
Admission to the Welcome Cocktail Party and Exhibition.

What is not included in the Registration Fee?

  • Attendance at the Congress banquet on Tuesday, 8 September 2015.
  • Special catering requirements.
  • Any other items not mentioned above.
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of ZAR 400.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before 31 May 2015. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 May 2015.
